About She Organizes and remote executive assistant support

She Organizes is a site for founders and executives who want remote executive assistant help with inbox, calendar, travel and admin, set up properly from the first day.

What this site does

This site explains how delegated executive assistant work is usually organized, so you can decide what to hand off and what to ask before you do. When you send a request through the form, we pass it to a service partner that provides remote executive assistant support. That partner contacts you, agrees a scope and quotes you directly.

Who remote executive assistant support suits

  • Founders and solo executives whose inbox and calendar have outgrown them
  • Small leadership teams who want shared support without a full-time hire yet
  • Executives who travel often and want bookings, itineraries and expenses handled
  • Anyone who has tried an assistant before and wants a clearer setup this time

How an executive assistant engagement usually works

  1. You send a short request describing your workload and tools.
  2. The partner replies with questions and a call to understand your week.
  3. You receive a written proposal covering tasks, hours, coverage window, how access is handled, and how the arrangement can change or end.
  4. If you accept, you set up delegated access, agree a playbook and start with a trial period of drafts and review.
  5. You meet regularly to adjust scope as more work moves over.

What we think good support looks like

Good support starts with clear written rules about what the assistant can do alone, and delegated access instead of shared passwords (the secure access guide explains how). You should get a daily summary you can read in two minutes, along with a list of things that always come back to you. Ending the arrangement should be easy, with access removed the same day.

Tools the work usually runs on

Most executive assistant work happens inside tools you already use: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for mail, calendar and documents; a team chat app for quick questions and urgent flags; a business password manager for the few logins that can't be delegated; and whatever your bookkeeper uses for receipts and expenses. A good setup adds very little new software. If a provider wants you to move your email or calendar into their own system, ask why.

Questions worth asking any provider

  • Who will work on my account, and how is holiday or sick cover handled?
  • How do you handle access, and what happens to it when we stop?
  • What hours are covered, and how do urgent items reach me outside them?
  • How are hours tracked and reported, and what if a week runs over?
  • What notice is needed to change scope or end the arrangement?

If you're not sure where to start, inbox management is the task most people hand off first.

What this site is not

We don't place employees, run a staffing agency, or offer legal, tax or HR advice. The pages here describe common practice; check anything security-sensitive against your own company policies.
