Request a proposal for executive assistant support

A few details about your week are enough for a useful first reply. Nothing is agreed until you accept a written proposal.

What to include

  • Inbox. Roughly how much mail you get and how much of it is routine
  • Meetings. How many per week, how many external, and how many time zones
  • Travel. How often you travel and whether personal bookings are in scope
  • Tools. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus chat, project and expense tools
  • Hours. When you need someone available, and how fast routine replies should go out

What happens next

A service partner reviews your request and replies by email or phone to arrange a short call. After the call you receive a written proposal covering tasks, hours, access setup and terms. You can ask questions, change the scope or decline.

Before the call

Read secure access for virtual assistants and jot down the accounts the work would touch. It makes the access conversation quick and keeps you in control of what gets shared.
